Do you have a minimum number of services?
The minimum service requirement depends on the date. Most weekends require a 4 service minimum.

Do you offer trial runs?
Yes! Trial runs can be scheduled at any time, but note that we don’t assign artist for the Signature Bridal Experience until 8 weeks prior to the event. Flawless Experience artist are scheduled at the point of booking.

Can I schedule a trial before booking your services?
Absolutely! But your trial doesn’t reserve your date so we can’t guarantee it will remain open since we receive a high volume of inquiries. We operate on a First Come-First Serve basis.

When do you suggest I schedule my trial?
6-8 weeks of your wedding is usually an ideal timeframe.

Can I change my number of estimated services?
Your are locked into the number on your contract but you may add additional services as long as artists have additional availability.

Do you work with all ethnicities, skin tones and eye shapes?
Yes, our artist are well trained to work with all different skintones and textures. However, if you have a specific concern, we can speak to you in advance to address them.

Are there any other fees?
Yes, we require a travel fee and a $100 booking/admin fee in addition to services.

Can I add an additional artist?
Yes you may add an additional artist at a rate of $250 per artist.
